Product Development Fund is designed to aid in the development and production, including the commercialization, of new or improved products in the state of Texas. Products may include an invention, device, technique that’s readily capable of having commercial application. Funding range from $1 million – $5 million

Small Business Incubator Fund is for any business in the State of Texas is eligible, if the business is substantially likely to develop and expand the opportunities for small businesses in the state (for example, small business incubators) in the preferred industries.

Austin Economic Bridge Program Provides loans up to $35,000 for daily needs like rent, payroll, and debt. Eligible local businesses must be able to demonstrate an economic loss associated with the COVID-19 global pandemic. The loan is intended to “bridge the gap” between the time a major catastrophe hits and when a business secures recovery resources.

Capital Access Program funding is for small and medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations which are domiciled in the State of Texas or
have at least 51% of their employees located in the state and which are seeking financing for projects, activities or enterprises in the state that foster economic development.

Hutto Community Development Corporation The loan features a 3-month initial deferment period, with no payments due until after 90 days, and a 24-month loan term following the deferment period. For more information, please contact Tim Jordan, Economic Coordinator.

Cedar Park Loan Qualifying businesses could receive grants of up to $5,000 or loans of up to $10,000 that can be repaid over 24 months with zero interest. Businesses must employ fewer than 25 full-time workers and be seeing a 25% or greater drop in sales from COVID-19.

City of Leander Loan Provide working capital for personnel costs, rent, utilities and critical business equipment or supplies for existing small businesses within the city of Leander, Texas, that are experiencing a loss of business due to the COVID-19 crisis. Qualified applicants will be
eligible for economic development grants in the amount of $2,500 and $5,000, for businesses who can demonstrate direct negative impacts on their business related to theCOVID-19 pandemic.

Dallas Small Business Revolving Loan Program Provides loans to businesses within the Dallas city limits that will add jobs through expansion, relocation or growth or, retain jobs that might be lost. Small and/or minority and women-owned businesses are eligible.

Southern Dallas Small Business Revolving Loan Program The Southern Dallas Small Business Loan Program (SDSBLP) is for the benefit of small
businesses located in southern Dallas. The initial funding source is a Chapter 380 Economic Development grant received from the City of Dallas Public Private Partnership program. Small and/or minority and women-owned businesses.
